The refrigerating air dryer is a dehydration device that lowers the temperature of compressed air through a refrigeration cycle system, maintaining the dew point of compressed air stably within the range of 3°C to 10°C (pressure dew point), effectively removing over 99% of the liquid water in the compressed air.
The refrigerated air dryer is the core equipment of the compressed air purification system, which cools the compressed air below the dew point temperature through refrigeration technology, effectively separating and removing 99.9% of the moisture and liquid oil mist. As the most widely used drying equipment in industrial production, its processing capacity covers 0.5-500m³/min, which can meet more than 90% of industrial gas drying needs.
